A New Local: kitchen 66

Jannali, now one of Sydney’s most liveable suburbs, has a new addition to its food scene with the recent opening of Kitchen 66. The new restaurant (conveniently located opposite the station) with its understated décor offers a cosy but vibrant ambience.



Executive Chef, Con Galigalis has been a head chef in numerous Sydney restaurants; and in particular known for his tenure at Lugarno Seafood where he was both a partner and Executive Chef between 2000 – 2012.


Chef Galigalis has now teamed up with long-term friends and associates Kon Mantokas and Michael Cooper; who all have over 2 decades experience in the hospitality and wine industries, to bring you Kitchen 66 in Jannali.


Tapping into his Mediterranean background and using locally sourced produce and the best of ingredients; Chef Galigalis has prepared an extensive menu ranging from rustic pizzas and pastas to freshly prepared seafood, meat & poultry dishes. With a number of vegetarian options also available, there is something for everyone. Kitchen 66 is fully licenced, with an emphasis on local and international wines. The restaurant has Tap Beer and allows BYO (wine only). At kitchen 66 all bases are covered.


Kitchen 66 is open for business 7 nights a week from 5:30pm as well as Saturday and Sunday lunch from midday. Monday- Friday Private events and functions are welcome.
